While we have had a small mobile website in the past, a much needed update has been launched that provides more information on exactly what we do all day and provides profiles on all of the amazing Geeks here at RDM. What a month…I’ve been super busy this month with new website developments and learning how to run a company and build an awesome culture along with it in the mean time. Our Head Geek – Brandon has been hard at work wrapping up some large projects which I’ve heard some awesome feedback from already. Look for some new testimonials soon 
Our Geek Translator – Kirk has been doing a great job getting the RDM name out and educating everyone on exactly what we do here all day. It is pretty cool to see our Geeks have a presence in the local community. After all we love this place so much we run our business here!

RDM has Signage!
As of this Friday, our new office location has been labeled. We are very proud of our new signage on the building and hoping everyone comes out to check it out soon! We have some exciting projects that we are all hard at work to complete, but would love a visit! We are located in the heart of Carson City at: 911 E. 2nd St Suite #A. We will see you soon!

August proved to a very exciting month for RDM. We moved into our current office as well as added 2 new employees, a salesperson and a programmer. After an unheard of number of trips to Office Depot and Best Buy, we are finally settling in and working away. Being back in a traditional office space has been an adventure especially as we start to build and develop the RDM culture with our newbie staff. Our space is approximately 400 sq feet and with 4 of us already, we are all pretty close and conversations are never private. (more…)
Our website was in much need of a face lift for the past year, but with RDM’s growth this year and so many exciting changes happening for the company, it was easily skipped over. Now that RDM is allowing staff to work on projects that are their own once a week, I jumped at the chance to get started on the website. I like to think it turned out pretty cool but you tell me what you think! I have lots of updates/upgrades for the future so I’ll keep you posted. This will definitely be my project for sometime
