Pace Supply has engaged and continues to utilize RDM Infinity to create and install custom software and also to provide some technical support and modifications for our existing software which make up our legacy business applications.

The recent custom programming project involved state-of-the-art signature capture/proof of delivery technology using custom programmed Windows Mobile based handheld devices integrated seamlessly with our existing legacy corporate sales order and customer invoicing systems. This project not only has been within budget and time estimates but RDM has produced a very intuitive, user friendly, application to meet our specific needs. RDM Infinity has been extremely responsive, flexible, effective and quick with alterations and adjustments in the custom programming as we refined our requirements and adjusted our processes while still remaining within estimated budgets for the project. All this with no compromise in results.

On the software support and modification side with our legacy systems, RDM has proved very capable of supporting even software that we sourced from other parties and demonstrated exceptional expertise in problem solving, trouble shooting and implementing program corrections and modifications again with very fast and effective response to our requests.

RDM Infinity professional staff members that we have had the good fortune to deal with have demonstrated for Pace both a broad based and deep expertise in systems development/support for both our legacy PICK and Windows Mobile based systems.
